WHO

The University of Derby Online Learning (UDOL) is the thriving distance learning division of the University of Derby.

Since 2001, the University of Derby has offered online distance learning to students who required more flexible study options. As demand for these popular online distance learning courses increased, we learned to tailor course content specifically for online delivery. And in 2011, based on the increasing success of our distance learning courses, we launched the University of Derby Online Learning (UDOL).

WHAT

We were contacted by The University of Derby who had designed a free online short course around Autism, Asperger's and ADHD. They had a tight window of less than four weeks to take their total leads for the course to around the 500 mark. In three week’s we managed to deliver 1569 highly targeted leads (people, who expressed interest in autism subject specifically).

How

The University of Derby chose Open Forum Media for our vast database of relevant audiences, and experienced campaign management, the campaign was a true collaboration which further impressed the client of the quality, the communication, professionalism and our experience in this field.

We worked together on it from start to finish and made a constant positive contribution which vastly enriched its success of the course.

Client Feedback

I have contacted Open Forum Media, as I needed to promote our new free online course “Understanding Autism, Asperger’s & ADHD” in order to reach a target number of learners on the course.

Originally I did choose Open Forum Media for their vast database of relevant audiences, but once the company assigned Luke Boulter to manage our campaign, I quickly realised that I was further impressed by the quality of the communication, professionalism and Luke’s experience in the field.

The campaign was a true collaboration, we have worked together on it from start to finish and Luke’s constant positive contribution has vastly enriched its success.

In three weeks a personal email campaign developed and delivered by Open Forum Media delivered 1569 highly targeted leads (people, who expressed interest in autism subject specifically), which has converted into the second largest lead driver on the course.

The whole experience was smooth and productive. Full transparency, updates throughout the campaign and final feedback were delivered without prompting.

Overall, this refreshing experience is a rare thing, so I would recommend Open Forum Media to anyone looking to achieve real results.

Furthermore, a personal thank you to Luke for all the input and hard work, look forward to our next campaign.
